We're so pleased to be offering refills* of some of our products. We'll be rolling this out slowly and may make adjustments to fine tune the service. See below for the procedure:
*refills are only available to local delivery postcodes.
1. Make sure that you have a clean empty container of the capacity of the product you wish to refill with.
2. Choose the refill option for the product you wish to order.
3. Add it to cart and go through the checkout procedure, remembering that you must use local delivery as the delivery option.
4. It's important that you provide your real phone number when checking out.
5. The evening before intended delivery, I'll contact you by sms to remind you to leave out your empty container for refill. You need to reply to this as I don't want to be riding to your place to find that you haven't left out a container.
6. Leave your container in a safe, sheltered place the evening before or the morning of your expected delivery.
7. Your refill will be made, and you will receive confirmation of this through the email address provided when you checked out.
